About Final Form
Final Form was founded by Ian Thatcher and Dan Johnson, two lifelong petrolheads with a genuine passion for bringing old machines back to life. Growing up surrounded by mechanical engineering a craft passed down through their families, it was only natural that their shared obsession with cars, engines, and hands-on problem solving would become something more than a hobby.
Built on a simple philosophy that old things are worth saving, Final Form is a mobile welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair service rooted in family heritage, real-world experience, and an honest love of the craft.
