1. Get In Touch Simply call, email, WhatsApp, or fill in our contact form with a description of the work you need carrying out. Don't worry if you're not sure of the technical details, just tell us what's broken, what it's used for, and where you're located, and we'll take it from there.
2. Initial Assessment One of our experienced team will discuss the job with you to get a clear picture of what's involved. In many cases we can give you a good indication of cost at this stage, and we'll arrange a convenient time to come and take a look in person.
3. On-Site Visit & Quotation For more complex tasks we'll visit your location to assess the work first-hand. Seeing the job in person allows us to give you an accurate, transparent quote with no hidden surprises. Othrwise, we'll talk you through what needs doing, the process we'll use, and what you can expect from the finished repair.
4. We Get It Done Once you're happy to proceed, we'll agree a date and get booked in. We arrive on-site fully equipped with everything we should need to complete the job. If we need additional parts unexpectedly we’ll advise you and find those parts. Our goal is to get you back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.
